Our House Rules

Be considerate to your neighbors and fellow Blue Bay guest and residents.
No noise between 10pm and 8am.
No pets from owners and/or guests allowed, with exception of service dogs.
Only toilet paper can be deposited in the toilets. Please do not flush anything else through the toilets.
No laundry outside the balconies or in sight of other apartments.
No barbecue usage allowed.
Don’t feed animals (birds, cats, dogs lizards, iguana’s).
At all times, garbage items needs to be disposed in the waste containers on the designated areas. Not in other common areas. Only household garbage can be disposed. No garbage items may be placed next to the bins.
No glass allowed at the pool area and please be aware and abide all rules written on the pool signs.
Using the fire hoses and fire extinguishers is only permitted to fight fire.
Don’t walk in or ruin the gardens. Only make use of the designated walking trails (pavement, wood, gravel).
