Nightly rates (excl. 7% tourist tax)

  • Low Season (1 May – 30 June & 1 Sept – 15 Dec): €325 p/n

  • Mid Season (15 Jan – 30 April & 1 July – 31 Aug): €395 p/n

  • High Season (16 Dec – 14 Jan): €550 p/n

Conditions:

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights

  • Check-in after 4 pm /check-out before 11 am.

  • Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

  • Electricity & water included up to €30 per night

  • Mid-stay cleaning every 4 days for stays longer than 7 nights

  • Final cleaning fee: €125

  • Free access to swimming pool, beach, and beach chairs

  • Baby cot available on request

  • For arrivals and/or stays in or around the Christmas period, the minimum rental period is 7 nights

  • A booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  • Cancellation policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 4 weeks before arrival, 50 % refund if canceled at least 2 weeks before check-in, no refund if canceled less than 2 weeks before check-in.
